Hi I am 21 years old, 6' 180 lbs and about 15% Bf. Exercising 5x/week. my goal is to gain muscle. I've been looking for a 3,000 Cal diet but am really struggling to find one without eggs (I can't eat). Can somebody point me in the direction of a good 3000 Cal diet without eggs or maybe tell me what I can sub out for eggs? I need a pre made diet because I have no clue how to put together a well constructed diet that meets all macros and caloric needs. Please help?
