Hemavol is the real deal, really good pumps...i was holding mad water from cheating like a ******* recently but still the veins were coming out and the taste is 10/10 and no stims so you can mix it with your pre workout if needed. Felt better working out too

Just went grocery shopping and bought a whole bunch of frozen meals lmao. Got a busy week of work coming up (6 12 hour days) so need easy chit to eat.
Also bought frozen chimichangas to cook in the oven for ultimate cutting meal when paired with black beans and Dos Equis Light.

Just now dawned on me what "pumping iron" means. I thought it was eating like foods high in protein and iron and then using that to lift heavy weights. But I think it literally means like your hands are pumps and the dumbbells are the iron.

fyi you're 5'6 and 156lb.
a bulk for you is anywhere between 2300-2500 calories.
after you cut youll probably be 110. so itl probably be even less than that.
youre not gonna get fat eating at a 500 calorie surplus if you lift heavy. 500 calories is a sensible standard.
1lb a week is not "getting fat". thats around 48lb a year. & its not 48lb of fat.
thats actually standard for most competitors. ask anyone who actually lifts or competes.
you dont even look like you lift. god forbid you eat something and make gains.
stop being so worried about getting fat. you have made 0 gains and youre worried about gaining weight too quickly.
if anything in the beginning it is a time for you to enjoy eating and lifting heavy ****.
i know you didnt ask me before. but i answered your question.
dont worry about what BoB is eating. dont worry about what anyones doing. youre not in the same position as them.
