Omars channel is going to be more Oly lifting stuff, which is great. He's doing more mobility vids and stuff like that.

Him and candito offer the best of everything. Bodybuilding, PLing, diet, technique, etc. Those two channels are good enough for 90% of people.


Michael Kory has great cooking and recipe videos. And he's got a pretty good physique to boot.

hell yea, I hit a few lbs lower when I was doing UD2 a month or so ago but that was because I was completely glycogen depleted and on low AF cals. currently on much higher cals and 270 carbs per day

You mentioned you're only lifting 3x/week, right? Are you taking in that many carbs every day or just on workout days? I'm asking because I'm trying to get on that low frequency/volume time, been going low carb and upping fats & protein on off days though.
