i'm weak as fuk
but what has been working for me has been deadlifting in this order:
bend down grab the bar and secure grip
exhale and contract abs
then fully extend your arms by flexing triceps/squeezing the armpits, this should put the back into a strong position and is repeatable
once your back/arms/shoulders are set, take in a full breath through your nose, it feel as if it comes from the pelvis up to your forehead
then just lift that chit + repeat the process at the top
repeat with pull ups/rows off the ground and you should have a joocy back gains
it's so much easier than attempting to replicate a specific position that does not take into consideration your individual proportions
record yourself and practice
there should no pain, if there's pain, you're using a load that's to heavy to train with and you should assess your technique/programming

Nobody was in gym today hnnnngg. just set up in the power rack for 2+ hours doing high bar/hybrid/low bar/front squats
Felt good mane. Gonna try to have a decent upper day tomorrow then get back on regular programming on Monday. Hopefully my ****gytime elbow is better. Been like 2+ weeks of deloadSCC - Redskins - Wizards

pretty sure all the cortisol from taking gross anatomy is making me gain fat and lose muscle. weight hasn't changed and cals have been 2700-3k.
