    Can I ask how old you are? i feel like age may play a factor if you have a problem getting hard. I've seen literally no difference between good vs bad fats. Everything you've stated sounds like broscience to me. I'm eating 400 calories UNDER maintenance on chitty fats and I'm doing great. looking better every week.

    Edit: also did body comp tests and I'm gaining roughly .9 to .6 lbs of muscle while losing 3-4 lbs of fat a month. Kept this up for 3 months now

    I wouldn't do arms without working shoulders as well. When I had my own shoulder injury, I couldn't do anything but legs, but who does legs lol. Try PT? i rlly feel for u, having to taking months off frm the gym

    Are you just going to a family doctor? It's expensive but you probably need to get some physio/ talk to a dr to specializes in sports injuries. I know were a part of the chit tier Canadian health care system so you'll probably have to look into specialists in London. UWO probably has a bunch of physiotherapy students looking for people to practice on.

    26 brah...it had nothing to do with age (i dont think because as soon as I upped my fats I was getting dem 16yr old bonrars)

    I did up my fats though...eating less carbs but upped fats to ~90g


    again I got no bases on this other than its what works best for me

    Yes i did go to UWO fowler physio.. Theyre the best in london
    Spent few hundred $$
    I might need to go back for another session and see wtf the physio thinks.

    That helped alot..
    Gave me the rubber too or whatever they call it.

    Havent done it in the last 3 weeks tho.. Think it would be a good idea to get back on it. Only pain i get is when i try to do db press. No pain if im doing side raises. Even tho i had that problem before.
