Thanks man. I was doing 3 days in gym a week plus 2 days outside running and one of those two days was HIIT .
was really watching what i eat. Totaly min fat added there, i was surprised myself but that was like that probably couse i was in a min surplus, so didnt got lots of fat but got some muscles. Thanks one more time.
