As of right now I have my own thing going...just calorie restriction, lower carb, 1g/lb bodyweight protien and healthy fats BUT..im just curious on people opinions of some certain methods.
1. Carbs in morning only and protein/ healthy fats rest of day.
2. Low carb all day and carb meal in evening.
3. Carb Cycling..2 days low carb, 1 day high carb.
Which one would you pick for fat loss and why? Also if you have tried one of them, how were your results? Look forward to hearing from everyone!

I don't carb cycle, that's nonsense for most of the population. I eat carbs around my workout to increase performance. Outside of that, i eat when convenient. The ONLY time carbohydrate timing comes in to play is around exercise. After that it's up to YOUR discretion. Carbohydrate timing and intake does not play an inherent role on weight loss.
