    Your routine has a few new additions, but good to see those supersets are still in fashion. A lot of core, endurance and leg work.

    Still great pressing, but that seems a tad little low in numbers? Remember, I said 200kg flat bench by the end of the year!

    I bought a crunch/yoga ball the other day, but I have not used it yet.
