    I am back.

    Your routine has a few new additions, but good to see those supersets are still in fashion. A lot of core, endurance and leg work.

    Still great pressing, but that seems a tad little low in numbers? Remember, I said 200kg flat bench by the end of the year!

    I bought a crunch/yoga ball the other day, but I have not used it yet.

    It always does after a brief time off, but it comes back fast.

    The point is you did it, and now you can get back to going for consistency (I should listen to my own advice lol)
