    LOL...you'll get used to it. Doing drop sets like that probably isn't something you'll want to do every time you lift, but they can really spark the gains. I know how it feels. Great work Scott.

    Hey do you still do those agility drills on the speed ladder? Are there any other agility type drills you'd recommend for rugby, especially backline?
