wow, some of your workouts are unfamiliar to me..like prowler pushes,jump shrug...never heard of that before..But, pretty good job on ball crunches and pressing....

ye i feel real slow after the injury...
dunno trying it to see... i use reps 1-20...
no idea not done much lately... it will take me forever at this rate...
groin ok but still sore when in low squat position so not 100% yet... fine running which is what matters...
jump shrugs are exactly as they sound... and for prowler pushes... search youtube there is plenty on there...
physio says me fine but still a bit niggly...
