Benching was going for volume - started nice and smooth.. first set with 142.5 was hard... up 2.5kg from last week...
Squats - knee feeling good... Upped the reps to 12 from 10 last week...
added 10kg for the shrugs... upped weight on side laterals stomped it...Sleepy.

Nice full body dude, glad knee is finally getting better.
Volume picked up for sure, still strong though. You have any plans to get back to heavy squats in the near future if the knee heals up? Or are you looking to do basically a maintenance type lifting routine for lower body to avoid future issues?Fitness Journal:

well deload... intentionally joining in this week with kids sessions and doing stuff with them and not doing any lower weights for deload to left everything ease back in with knee etc...
Very happy with the 140 on the cgb... last 2 reps were a real struggle but got it!!! just got the second set of 20 at 100!!!
Went for max reps pull-ups!!! happy over all...Sleepy.

Kinda LOL'ed at going for max reps on pullups despite deloading..
Great numbers on that though for your size Scott. Hopefully the knee works out it's issue, but honestly it has been this long. IMO getting an ortho's opinion would be good.. what have you got to lose? You have good healthcare being a teacher over there don't you?Fitness Journal:
