scott, not to be insultful, but 3 years back you were warming up at this level. get the head focused mate.
altho the bench was very impressive, the endurance part at that weight.
Q to ask u. rugby and rugby union what is the difference man? and would most good rugby players be good at american football?

ye... guess you need to get through it.. once i start i am usuall fine but struggled friday... lifiting in 3 hours so better have a better session tonight...
i got injured a lot this year!!! but its coming back...
na i am 11 reps from pr there!!!
rugby union and rugby are so different... would take me hours to explain... best to watch on tv...
very different but simular.. never played football so couldnt tell you...
