I just bought this off of craigslist, I have been having shoulder and elbow issues so I skipped benching. I did one set today to try it out and no pain in either shoulder or elbow. Thing is pretty much brand new.
Continually searching for that elusive runners high!

Christmas additions to the home gym
These were really Black Friday but I kept them boxed until now to make shopping for me easier. Will put to use tomorrow as I'm sick as hell right now thanks to my petri dish household/kids.
Adjustable Monolift
Change Plates (4x10, 2x5, 2x2.5)
Mini Deadlift Jack
Games Box is still in the box and not pictured

I got the SML-1 during the BF deal and resisted the temptation to get the adjustable monolift. It's likely the next 'big' purchase I make for my gym. How are you liking it? I never feel unsafe in the stand with the spotter arms, but the monolift will add even more confidence in that regard. At least that's how I'm justifying it in my mind lol

SML-1 is great. I wouldn't mind having plate storage but I'm very limited with ceiling height and overall room so this is all that fits (went with the rolling plate stand). If I had a ton of room I'd certainly have a full rack with storage (RML 690 or similar) but that's not in the cards. Next house would like to hold the SML-1 and add an additional full rack so multiples can easily lift - I have 2 kids. That said, SML-1 is all I need and is capable of anything. Totally satisfied and adequate. An upgrade would be want/luxury vs. need. Rock solid with the spotters.
Monolifts give me a 2nd set of J hooks too which is sometimes convenient when moving the bar between exercises.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

RH is a solid piece. I had/have back issues now so this really helps in that regard, gave me a completely new back and strengthened areas in my squat that were "unknown" weaknesses up until that point. I think I'm too tall for the roller. I might get an extension fabricated to make better use of it but the strap works fine for me and I can still do hamstring curls with the roller.
Not pictured are Abrams 2.0 GHD, Bodysolid dip rack, Concept 2 rower, and a removable pull-up bar (all besides the rower are sitting in my room upstairs due to ceiling height issues). Monster bench with Thompson Fat Pad, Rogue Adjustable Bench, EZ Curl Bar, DB handles, 10lbs aluminum full size bar for kids along with 5lbs full size technique plates. I should probably take some pictures and update things at some point as I've added a lot over time.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

Same exact situation here. I actually was about to get a full rack cut to 6.5 feet, but at the end of the day (and per Rogue's suggestion) the SML-1 made a hell of a lot more sense.
Regarding plate storage, I wish they had something like they offer for the S-1. I'm going to look into it more, but it doesn't seem like it would take much to make.

Received my Ohio Bar on the 23rd. That was fast, having ordered it on the evening of the 16th.
There's various posts on here about the stoutness of Rogue's packing of their bars for shipping and mine was no different. UPS did a good job of handling the package as there was no damage to the tube.
As for the bar itself, I'm impressed with the quality of it. No flaws that I can detect so far. Compared to the bars at the gym I was going to(they looked like OB-86's, but I'm not 100% sure) the Ohio Bar is light years better in the knurl and sleeve spin. This is a quality product."When you press, you train with Kono, Alexeyev, Starr, Grimek and Cyr. When you press, you train
much more than the shoulders and arms. You train the soul of the sport of barbell exercise." - Rip

Finally got a chance to use the monolift last night (our house has been sick as hell over the holiday and I'm still pretty bad but couldn't resist). Overall very pleased. I did have to loosen one of the bolts just slightly to ensure a complete and free release on one side (likely leveling of my stand/floor) but otherwise worked right out of the box.
Since clearance is an issue for both of us the Rogue design requires very little additional height even when installed on the top most position of the SML-1 (I'm 6'3" and this works for my squat). Maybe 2" max so you should be fine if you have 6.5 feet which is what I have too.
Keyboardworkout's advice on a modified HR-2 could work for you maybe (Rogue will custom cut as you know). I've considered this option before but am limited on side space/maneuverability so sadly not viable in my case.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

hey rogue fans, i know we have a CL thread that i usually post in, but i thought i'd ask here instead:
a NIB Operator 2.0 bar popped up for $250. that's probably more than i should be spending (don't really need it) but curious how this green coating is. he seems to be in a hurry to sell and i was thinking about shooting him a $200 offer to see if he'll bite.
I know it's an Ohio Bar with a different color finish, but i was curious how this knurling/finish combo would feel compared to my ob-86b.
TLDR: would you guys say this is a very good deal on a bar at $200? if i didn't own 2 barbells i'd probably be happy buying it at full asking, but since i do, i'm asking if you guys think it's worth dropping the cash to upgrade, or if i should just save my money for something else?Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

If new, yes. I sold a used original (not 1.2) 155k tensile Ohio Bar for $200. You should easily be able to sell a 190k variant for $200.
In other news, it's a sad day as I sold my Rogue R3. Replacement rack should be coming tomorrow - but it will never truly replace my first power rack.
