I need to upgrade my rack as a first priority, but I've been looking at mass storage options also. I have a two tiered DB rack with 10-100 lb DB's on it (in increments of 10 lbs). If I can save some space by getting a three tiered storage system from Rogue with all three DB trays, then that would be great. Even better if I can add some plate storage to the sides. It would at least open up a little bit of additional floor space for me.

Never had an issue. Bought 2 closeout bars - oly bar and euro oly.
Whenever I tried to inquire about condition, the reps tell me that the closeout bars are in the warehouse boxed up ready to go already. They won't open to check on condition.
On both of my bars, I had blank end caps.Garage Gym Owner

Well, decided to get an Ohio deadlift bar. The knurl/grip is absolutely beautiful, much nicer than my TPB. I pulled a single at 545 on it, you can see the flex here:

I just order a Rogue Ohio Power Bar in Bare Steel.
When do I get my number? When the bar arrives?
Can I paint the bar? Can I have the sleeves hard chromed? (Crazy question, can I have the sleeves gold plated? would be fun.)
This is my only equipment ever since I moved to Canada. I used to have home made squat stands (welded 2x2 square tubes, probably 14+ gauge), and cheap $10 exercise 1 inch bars.
I got up to about 250 lbs on that cheap bar before it looked like it was bending when I squat or deadlift. And I ran out of plates, so I was stuck at 250 lbs forever.

what's the obsession with equipment numbers? i mean, for those that have them, i know why they do. because they're regular posters who contribute plenty to discussion about said gear.
you don't post, so why have one in your sig? is that why you bought the bar? because you figured having "Rogue crew #486" in your signature for your 3rd post is going to be sweet?Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

My sincerest apologies. I thought this thread was for fun. The numbers don't mean anything to me. I bought the bar, because that's what I wanted to buy, and there happens to be a thread here about this company, and this bar. Again, I am sorry. I guess my query was worded badly. Bar will be arriving within the week.
@Bench905, could you not edit your first post and include the list there? Much easier to find.

I have the elitefts version. The specs are exactly the same, other than the flange w/ the "R". These are great. The balls change the way the muscle works by forcing your hand to stay in a semi-open, crushing grip the entire time. Elitefts only makes a 4" now, for some reason. If you don't use the balls, it's a waste of money & I'd rather buy a fat tricep pressdown accessory instead.
If you plan on using the 3", it's worth the $68. If you have larger hands & need a 4" ball, the elitefts is not much more ($5 or so), if you can deal w/ their customer service. Hopefully, Rogue will grow bigger balls so our grip prowess can increase.Crews: Ivanko Barbell Crew #52, York Barbell Club #95, Equipment Crew #59

A little birdie told me that the major difference between the Ohio Power Bar & the Westside 2.0 bar is the knurling. In that, the Westside is a little more aggressive.
Is there any truth to this?Crews: Ivanko Barbell Crew #52, York Barbell Club #95, Equipment Crew #59

I do like the look of the Elite version more, thanks for the heads up.
I bought a pair of 3" grenades from BWTG a while back and thought they were a little on the small side so that's another positive for the Elite version.
I don't own an OPB but my Westside bar is three years old now and the knurling is still tough as ****. Love that thing.IG: @toadkillerdog

For some reason this reminds me when I was doing contract work in S. Korea. 16 weeks in a tiny city. Tiny. Basically a huge factory, a few hotels, and some locals. Anyways, they had a KFC (lol), and I used to go about every 2 weeks to replenish my GI bacteria (counteract the rice 3x/day). By the end of 4 months, I was so used to speaking broken english, I went up and ordered a "number B".

that's awesome. In Hong Kong, lots of people will add some English words into their speech and hearing it can turn out kind of funny. a lot of the time it's better to just go with what works and not spend too much time thinking about it.

No, was a one time thing. 14 hours (NY to Seoul, direct) on a plane will ruin it for most. 14 hours on a commercial flight, coach, Korean Air (so 3" less leg room), jammed full with people my size (US military), with the only movies being tin cup followed by steel magnolias (this is in 96). Kind of depressing that after 8 hours you still haven't even exited Canada. They did leave the drink cart out however. I may of passed out.
