I'd like to thank xfit10 for giving me the chance to log for RSP. I'm going to be logging with DYNO, ReGen, and Agmatine Sulfate. Right now I'm around 205 lbs. Looking to maintain and continue leaning out during this log. Been battling through a sore elbow. Pain usually goes away after a few sets. Only bothers me on presses and tricep training.
Training
Try to train 6 days a week, sometimes 7. Been slacking on cardio b/c I've been sick and haven't had a ton of energy. Try to train calves atleast 4 days a week.
Monday-Legs
Tuesday-Chest/Tri's
Wednesday-Back/Bi's/Calves
Thursday-Shoulder/Calves
Friday-Legs
Saturday-Rest
Sunday-Chest/Tris
Planning on training chest/tri's in the morning. Been battling the flu and headache just won't go away. Survived leg day today, so I'll probably give it a go tomorrow.

Looking forward to another great log....
Actually, I'm very interested in your thoughts on the Agmatine... I was contemplating purchasing some for myself... I had just skimmed over this old article: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jrod17.htm

Notes
Solid training for still being under the weather. Had a good pump going and dyno helped with that boost of energy and focus I needed to get through the training today. Used 12 ounces when mixing it. Should have probably went with 8. Regen tasted good. Always like to drink something intra. Back/Bi's tomorrow. Hopefully my first full day off from work in over a month tomorrow.RELENTLESS

I'd train at 12:30 everyday if I could. Only time my gym is dead.
Tried it in 8 oz today and it was much better!
Thanks Lonnie! Wanted to get more than 3 reps on the 2nd set of flat bench with the 90's. I'll get there again...RELENTLESS

DB rowing the 100-pounders for ten like it's nothing.... 170-pound lat pulldown... I might be wrong, but it seems like you've definitely made some strength gains since the first ProMera log I followed you on... Very nice work! You following any specific program or split guideline right now?? You like the chest/tri, back/bi, legs/shoulders split, correct?
Keep it up, man!Bowser

Thanks Lonnie!
Thanks Wish! Feel worse than yesterday today.
Yeah I don't thin k I could even row 80lb DB's during my first few promera logs. All my lifts have went up. I like my split, but want to find a good program. I think I do more volume than most of the programs out there. Problem is I like training atleast 5-6 days a week. It's hard for me to just do 3-4 sets on certain exercises....RELENTLESS

Awesome volume. Sounds like the RSP products are aiding your workouts. Glad to read that, may have to give them a try in the near future.
Look forward to hearing more of your thoughts on them and good luck on the progress!Transformation Log With My Twin Brother - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171363331
