bench: 110x1 - 102.5x4 paused: 102.5x1 - 100x4
squat: 150x1 - 140x8 (ugly as fk form)
deadlift: 220x1 - 200x5 - 190x7

although as you can see i haven't maxed squat in a while.
deadlift is probably closes to 230, and bench to 115.
although i guess you want to know it in LBS XD
bench 242x1 - 225x4
squat 330x1 - 310x8
deadlift 485x1 - 440x5 - 420x7

30lbs isn't that crazy tho in a year and 2 months tho?
closer to a year and 3/4 lifting than a year and 1/2 tho.
yea i have a hard time flexing properly.
my left shoulder is a lot diff to my right so if i flex how i would feel like its symmetrical its not. (can dislocate left shoulder without touching it and sht)
chest shape also makes it look much flatter than it actually is in pictures, i'm trying hard to bring it up tho.
