Congrats to everyone. I am pretty excited about winning. I honestly couldnt diet hard for one more day when I was done. Losing a good 6 weeks I was at one point considering dropping. I decided that let me see how far i can push myself to achieve my goals and I am glad I did. the workouts got brutal esp on dropping carbs way down.
