    gaining weight while on the road

    hey guys whats going on im looking for a little help i was 180 and able to eat all the time because of the job and time i had but now with a new career and different hours i have let myself go and finding it hard to get back to what i was. Im now 149 i drive a truck and do about 40 to 70 stops, daily jumping in and out a truck and moving fast pace also because once im done i can go home... im up at 430 in the morning and get a pretty good breakfast in but my in between meal and lunch are horrible plus i dont know what to bring with me to get good calories plus protein within that time especially with no microwave, i want to get my weight back up and hit the gym again.. looking for some meal ideals or food prep ideas any help would be great thanks

    Intermittent fasting. Eat big in the evening or when you've got time.
