    chicken breast shakes?

    I know it sounds disgusting but, I figured if you hardboil chick breast, dump that in the blender with some water along with a little bit fruits and lots of veggies, add some olive oil you got yourself a good cutting meal that you only have to drink. Its super fast and easy vs. having to cook.

    Thoughts?

    I'll agree with you it does sound disgusting and your blender would probably hate you, but the problem you describe has already been solved by whey and casein powders. Quick easy protein. You can get diet whey if you want but the average shake with water is only a 100 Cals. There isn't that much evidence to support the idea of getting everything from whole food protein if that's what your worried about. As long as you eat some meat that will boost your test levels other than that it doesn't matter how you go about hitting those macros.

    In terms of blending the fruit and veggies, you'll lose all the fibre if you do that which is what accounts for a lot of their good properties. That's my thoughts, you could still try it and let us know how you get on.

    I wouldn't. Blending the chicken will decrease nutrient content and you'd be losing a lot of protein.

    You're cooking everything regardless, so the convinience argument makes no sense. Also, it sounds absolutely vile. I doubt you're too busy to spend 10 minutes eating. If anything wake up a little earlier.

    Could you explain how? Wouldn't grinding the meat up only increase it's surface area for the digestive system to work with?

    Well, hardboiling meat is hardly any work, and you don't have to clean much after you "cook" vs. having to use cooking oil, cleaning up after. It's also faster to eat (drink) if you don't have time to eat a full meal.

    you can't be serious. Cooking in the pan means you have to clean the spatula and pan. Boiling and belending means you clean the pot and then blend, take apart your blender to clean every component, which is usually 4-5 items, and a bitch at times.
