    Deadlifts and back pain

    Have been deadlifting for a bit. Used to do sldl but went the the normal or conventional deads recently and did 80-90% of my max. The days after i find it hard to sot for a long time without having to get up and stretch. My lower back just gives me discomfort. It is bot a sharp pain but more of uncomfortable. Any advice in preventing or what im doing? as far as i know i have pretty good form.

    I'd echo this question. Most people don't know how to brace properly.

    Either that or you have a really messed up (off-balance in terms of muscular activation/inhibition) pelvic girdle.
