It's actually very easy to finance a Lambo, srs. You can lease a Gallardo for like $1k a month. BUT that's the illusion of wealth, not an actual sign of wealth. They're two different things. Wealth is being able to live in a nice house and eat at a nice restaurant, pay for your kid's college and buy your parents a nice retirement, take a vacation when you feel like it. Most wealthy people don't look wealthy - case in point is one of my past bosses. He made $6 mil a year, drove a rusted pickup and wouldn't buy his wife a new minivan when the old one got clunky and started failing.
People who do drive those cars like to be followed around, like to get obscene shouts and gestures for no reason, and love having to chase little kids away from every time they park. Sereiously those cars are a hassle to go out in public with.
Exotic cars attract two types of people: Old men and little boys. Any woman you'd want to get into the pants of won't be attracted to a guy just because he has a fancy car, despite what the YouTube videos tell you. To your point about Mazdas, I'd much rather roll in a Veilside RX-7 or RX-8 than a Veyron, srsly.- You have a scar on your left knee.

The fakes are never identical because they cant get the wheelbase/custom chassis exactly right
You can tell the difference in person, even more so if you actually see it next to the real thingIf I laugh, I rep

Because they're status cars. Its not about the car, its about the status it brings.
LOL at the guy who thinks Lambos and Ferraris don't have HUGE profit margins. It doesn't cost anywhere near their retail to manufacture the cars. The price is part of the end experience, its the name and the prestige, status and exclusivity it brings that sells, not the car.
Fukking idiots in this thread, brb just saw a lambo roll down the road, wait here while I run over there and demand he pops the hood so I can verify the car in front of a crowd. Fake or not, the car will roll down the average street to every smartphone and head pointed in its direction.Starting weight - 220lbs 23/08/09

There's a huge amount of R&D that go into them. Those super cars are like the high fashion of cars. Indy cars develop the technology, its dumbed down a little for every day use in super cars, and eventually trickles down to camrys and accords.
I wouldn't be surprised if the profit margin on a $10k economy car is better than the exotics.

This is all fake, no company in the US could do this and exist. They would be sued and closed. No way I could just open a business where I turn Hondas into modern Mercedes S class replicas with badges. I'm sure someone can buy a kit, but those are almost always a little different and look like crap.
The only real replicas I have ever seen are of old cars or exotic cars that are not made anymore.EE

I think it would be neat to have one of those as I certainly cant afford the real deal yet and see the heads turn. But if you buy it to pull girls how are you going to fake it when you bring her back to your chitty crib which is worth less than the "fake" value of your car. Cool idea but those wouldn't be great for the driving conditions and roads here in Canada unfortunately.
