with the surgery and Path report out of the way, I had to sweat out the first post-operative PSA test, which was required to come to almost zero.....fortunately, it was undetectable, so as of right now, no further treatment is planned, meaning no radiology or chemo.....
I am still having recuperative symptoms, though, and although back to working half days, it is a chore, but each week there is a subtle improvement.
I have actually started to do VERY light workouts, which don't seem to bother me at all.....once again, starting from near zero.....don't know how many of these "resets" I can take.....
but anyhow, I look forward to things in my life going back to normal, hopefully in the months up ahead...

Another milestone on my road to recovery.....
Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.

Hang in there John. You scratch. You kick. And you claw. That's what we do. God bless.

Ha! I'm thankful brother. Meh...I know the 'working out' is what's in between our ears here, but I'm more interested in you, and a boat, with some New England mist, a little fog rising off of a lake in the early morning...or some new music pounded away in the studio! Soul stuff! Ha ha. Weights are weights...and they're important. But they don't compare to a whole lot of other things brother!

Waiting to take tests and then waiting for the results is torturous. Glad they came back the way you wanted. It's going to be unavoidably frustrating losing so much progress, but you'll bounce back quicker than you think!
