OK heres the deal.. I want to see pictures of anyone over 6'3 tall!!! I wanna see some of the taller guys.. no offence to everyone else but i wanna see people with a build like mine!! SO START POSTING PICTURES!! thats what this thread is for.. all the tall people!

Me? im a little big in the waste

i need more cardio.

My arms are just 1/2 shy of 20"

my waste is pants size 36

I dont know my chest. Its pretty big but a little saggy.

Beleave it or not this me from just 6 months ago.

I want to loose at some body fat. I dont want to care to loose weight but i want to loose some fat

I'm 6,5..at least! 196 centimeters to be exact.

(I would also like to know how many inches 127 centimeters is...cause that was my last chest measurement, probably an inch less in this pic..)

In that pic I'm 230 lbs..it was some weeks ago..I'm 235 now...ok, gotta eat some cod before running to the movies!

Man, that was in june.. I was dieting at the time.. But now Im 25 pounds heavier.. They come and they go....

215 = More Muscle and Less Fat.

yeah 240 is a bit much.. It's like I hit a spert, and been trying to stop it, but it just keeps going. I can say, there is a big difference in the 215 and 240 outside of the luv handles... I have added alot more mass to my chest, which was a big goal of mine. So I say 12 weeks of hardcore cardio/dieting will drop e to a lean 205-215 lean/ solid.. Thanks for the comment though.. Peace
