    Question about Horse Stall Mats

I'm a noob and am in the process of building my small gym basement. I figure it would be good to have a couple maps on my concrete floor.

I have the PPR200X rack and don't know how many mats are needed? Is there a need to have them under the rack, or just in front where I will be doing deadlifts?

This is the mat I am looking at- http://www.tractorsupply.com/en/stor...at-4-ft-x-6-ft

If you are looking at Tractor Supply, check with them on sale prices. I recall they usually have them on sale in the spring around Easter and in the fall around Thanksgiving. Price is usually $29 each.

They are on sale now, but only $5 off. I still think I am going to grab 2 this week.

do you guys think some wood trim around the perimeter of however many mats i have would be enough to keep them from sliding apart or moving around? or would i need something more substantial to hold them together?

They're too heavy to move much; you won't need to do anything to keep them in place.
