I do not have a way to measure the weight of food. I buy my chicken thighs from Costco, and there are usually 6 pouches, each with 4 chicken thighs inside them. I want to make sure I'm calculating my macros correctly. The nutrition info says the servings are "varied" per pouch which is rather unhelpful. I have a picture showing the chicken in its pouch, which I know isn't very helpful, but I don't have any thawed at the moment and don't plan on cooking any until later tomorrow. Does anyone know about how many oz of chicken thigh this is?
Edit: I added a better picture of it cooked. Each piece of meat is slightly smaller than the palm of my hand, and the thickness is about .5 to .75 inches. There are 4 of them, and I have currently been writing down that 4 of those chicken thighs are 30g of protein. Is that a good estimate?

I advise you to go to your local walmart and purchase a food scale.

Nothing in that picture gives a frame of reference for attempting to determine the size of the chicken thigh. Buy a food scale.

Definitely pick up a food scale. I got one from Walmart for $15 and it is hands down one of my best investments. Make sure it has a Zero Out option.

I don't drive and the nearest walmart is about 30 miles away. I'll probably just order one, but it will take some time to arrive.

So are people going to be helpful or not? If a comment isn't helpful, why even post at all?
I said I'm going to get a food scale, but at this moment, I have no way of checking the nutritional content of the chicken I am cookin.
