With a ridiculous protein synthesis rate, like Ramy seems to have, I can believe it. You think everyone who is cramming 300g of protein into their faces everyday is turning those 300g into gains? A majority of it is pissed away...

When afforded the "luxuries" and absolutely stupid genetics of Ramy, he could probably eat 200g a day and utilize every bit of it. The fact that he doesn't need to eat 8k Calories a day might be why he can keep his waist so tight....just a thot

A little higher for someone on supplements. I am speaking about overall caloric intake. But, since a specific number wasn't thrown out, its hard to speculate.

Those guidelines are too general imo.It really comes down to the amount of muscle one has.
A 200 lb fatty newbie wont need as much protein as 200 lber who has 5 years of lifting and decent amount of mass.

Sure its somewhat genetic, but the supplements IFBBers use will drastically improve it as well.
