With a ridiculous protein synthesis rate, like Ramy seems to have, I can believe it. You think everyone who is cramming 300g of protein into their faces everyday is turning those 300g into gains? A majority of it is pissed away...
When afforded the "luxuries" and absolutely stupid genetics of Ramy, he could probably eat 200g a day and utilize every bit of it. The fact that he doesn't need to eat 8k Calories a day might be why he can keep his waist so tight....just a thot

I'm not arguing about protein intake. After all, taking 300g would most likely be a waste for anyone. General guidelines are usually .8-1g per pound of body weight. A little higher for someone on supplements. I am speaking about overall caloric intake. But, since a specific number wasn't thrown out, its hard to speculate.
