I have only tried Con-cret from ProMera and it was a sample, never logged for them. I would love to try out this stack of products for an extended time and see how they compare to everything else, heard nothing but great things about them. I do have a 2 week mini log starting this week, but it's on a multi vitamin, and a protein that only requires a final review. Otherwise I am good to go, especially since shipping and all takes a couple weeks. If that invalidates me then in for support, but would love to team up and run this thing.

I'm so down to do a log with Pump Extrem! It has been my favorite product since it was released.

I am currently a medical student but I use my free time during the day to get in the gym for at least 1.5 hrs, every day (it's my stress relief). I have been vegan (with occasional seafood, but never dairy, eggs, or meat) since birth. I just began to track my macros with the help of a friend so I can keep making gains.

My workout style includes a variety of supersets, low rest time, slow/controlled reps (well this is with every rep I do for the most part), and resistance bands (decreasing # of bands as I increase bench weight with each set).
