First of all, where are you people hearing that the junior producer was Clarkson's boss? Up until a few years ago Top Gear was owned 50% by Clarkson's company and the other 50% by ***. That junior producer is/was never Clarkson's boss. Now, about the 30mins berating and punching... that is most likely being hyped up by the media.. Yes, they probably started arguing, but it's also alleged that this was at the end of a very tiresome day and I highly doubt he would've punched if some other words weren't said back at him.
