we talked about my past flaws and she knows I mean working on it made improvement and have forgiven her. If after talking about this and the forgiving and she still doesn't see the bug picture then it's for the best we separate for good.

Yep. Once you mention breaking up, threaten it, or behave like it, it's extremely easy for the woman to emotionally check out. They don't want to feel threatened like that, ever.
