Can't go wrong with a whole session of just Squats
Is it your rotator cuffs?!?
At the physical therapy place, I've been doing a 60 minute circuit with a 5-10lbs weight. (cable and other stuffs too) It helped a LOT with my rotator cuffs.
Had problems with it since my accident 3 months ago.. but it healed in just 2 sessions
WOOHOOO!! The infamous EMERGENCY!
@Jason, haha you're welcome to start here anytime

Week 2: Day 5 (Back & Deadlift Day)
Green for my HULK mentality today!! RAWRRR!!
However. . .
First and foremost, I apologize for my lack of activity in this journal for the past 3 days.
I was hit with another short-lived depression from not achieving the strength I aimed to have thanks to the car accident.
I had Kris Gethin's mindset of always being in control of my life.. thus, this was a tough setback to overcome as the accident was out of my control.
Nevertheless, I hit the gym today and was flushed with nostalgia.
*Assumed gf would bring camera but we both forgot
Barbell Conventional Deadlift (raw) (Rest 3-5mins)
-Warm Up Sets (135, 185, 225)
-5reps x 275lbs
-4reps x 315lbs *Was dumbfounded why I failed to do 5
-4reps x 315lbs *Again, shocked
-5reps x 315lbs *I actually slammed my fists to the floor with joy
-3reps x 345lbs
-2reps x 365lbs *About 5 second pause between the reps; Reached PR for reps.
Dumbbell Rows (Rest 3mins)
-8reps x 75lbs
-8reps x 85lbs
-8reps x 100lbs
-6reps x 110lbs
-3reps x 120lbs *Beat PR; never did 120's before. Went below the 8 rep range though.
Bodyweight Wide Grip Pull Ups (Rest 2 mins)
-8reps
-8reps
-8reps
*Challenge* Barbell Bench *Friendly challenge with a powerlifter. He did 71 reps
-40reps x 135lbs *Beat PR for reps; never did above 30 reps on this.

Sorry to hear that Brian. What injuries did you have and do you still have any limitations?
That was a great session though .... missed a couple of reps but then managed to work up to equaling your rep PR
Strong DB rows and that BP challenge was sick .... I squatted 135 for 40 reps once and that nearly killed me, so it's awesome that you can bench that. And your friend @ 71 reps .... WTF!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Haha, means a lot to get some encouragements from ya
Thank you! Heh, the journey is never over though
Got into the wreck on Dec. 3 last winter. Was rushed to the ER with a messed up neck & lower back.
Got back to lifting heavy, surprisingly, late of last month Only thing that feels incredibly weak now is my mindset heh..
But woahhh, 40 reps on barbell squats?? I can't even do that for bodyweight
