Haha, there's a gym beside my home actually (5 minute drive). Their weights go up to 125lbs, which is awesome since I have yet to reach those.
But from time to time, I like to venture to other locations.. get out of my comfort zone, you know?
HIIII CARL!!!
I guess in here.. we go by first name basis?
There are two Brians in this journal though... Dibs on Brian # 1

Week 2: Day 2 (Legs)
Starting Bodyweight: 200lbs
Current Bodyweight: 195lbs
Unaware of the selfie my gf took.. Yup.. I tend to space out when I drive O.o
Another unsatisfied gym session Though.. my leg press stats are getting better.
Barbell Squats (Rest 3-5minutes)
-Warm Up Sets (95, 135, 185)
- 5reps x 225lbs (Felt a sharp stiffness on my hamstrings)
- 5reps x 235lbs (Expected 275's on my second set.. but had to listen to my body)
- 5reps x 245lbs
- 5reps x 265lbs (Not full ROM)
- 5reps x 275lbs (Not full ROM)
- 5reps x 275lbs (Not full ROM)
Close Stance Leg Press (Rest 3minutes)
-Warm Up Set (395lbs)
-8reps x 575lbs
-8reps x 665lbs
-8reps x 755lbs
-6reps x 845lbs
-6reps x 845lbs
Leg Extensions (Rest 3 minutes)
-3 sets of 10reps. (Last set was full stack).
Comment:
Felt a lot of anger/disappointment as my mind was set on 315 x 5 for full ROM Squats.
But I know 6 hours of sleep was definitely a factor to my hamstring being stiff/sore from last week :/
Wish the best for everyone's leg session!!

That was a great squats session though with nice reps at 275. Were you tempted to go for a 315 x 5 after the first set of 275 x 5 or did you just think better of it when the ROM wasn't there? Strong leg pressing though!
That's some serious bench pressing ... 315 x 8 and 345 x 6
Great control over those 110 DBs and you made those 3pps HS presses look easy
Sick RDLs at 315 x 15and great to see you doing the walking lunges as a superset with those 50 rep leg presses. Quads must have been exploding!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Both Ray and Carl make me feel like a little creature.. upon a vast ocean
Gotta step it up on tomorrow's Deadlift session!! HOORAHH!!
Wooohoooo!!
Never been to the west coast before.. farthest west I've ever gone from Georgia is Ohio =____=
Interesting question Glad to know that you looked into my workout.. Appreciate it a lot
And yes, the answers were within the question hahaha
I was tempted to jump from 275 to 315 but thought better of it when the ROM wasn't there. Hamstrings sure are lacking :/

Had 90 minutes of physical therapy yesterday morning (9am).
Did a brutal/painful workout with a 5-10lbs plates.
Like 3 sets of 20's of side lateral raises, cable side lateral raises, throwing a medicine ball sideways with 1 arm, and lots and lots of mobility exercises.
But nevertheless, I hit shoulders again in the evening.
Shoulder session was again, eh..
Max lifts were 6reps x 85's on dumbbell shoulder press, 6-8(can't remember) reps on 110's barbell upright rows, 6-8reps on 40's dumbbell side lateral raises, and 6-8 reps on 135lbs behind the neck standing barbell press.

Either my step son will take vids or I'll ask friend in gym or prop the camera. I wish i could take more. I purchased a GoPro not to long ago...just havent perfected use of it...lol
My bench has been holding during my maintenance phase, albeit a slight shoulder issue. I'm starting a bulk in a week or two in my quest for 250lbs...my bench should go up some then🌍 Talk is cheap, Actions are priceless 🌝
