Hi!
So I know I want to compete. I'm probably going to start with bikini (just in case you need that info). It's not going to happen this year because I've only been training since September and was bulking until the begining of March, but I really want to gather as much information as I can during that time so I can know how much money I need to save up and know all the tiny details so I don't end up having wrong information and messing everything up!?
Right now, there's only one question that I've found some information on, but not enough to feel confident about my knowledge: can I compete in the US if I'm in Canada? I know there is CBBF here, but I honestly don't understand their North America policy, with NAC and Arnolds... Has anyone done that? Or does anyone knows about CBBF's policies and such?
Thank you!!

You have to qualify in Canada first at regional, and provincial level, usually compete in nationals and then get a letter from CBBF to compete in NPC shows in USA. It happens all the time. But you must still start with your province/regional, and make your way up. You MUST be a member in good standing of your provincial body as well.

NPC? not really, I lived in UK and competed in the NPC California couple of times, wouldnt be able to do Nationals tho but if placed top 5 in National qualifier, you can compete in Arnolds. All you need become member and sign up for the contest. Other states maybe different, but in Cali I competed while was living in England

Here you cannot. A letter from CBBF is required to compete at the Arnolds.
