The scale is going in the opposite direction, but i KNOW what im eating and how much of it im eating so i wont waste anyone's time posting my diet. I weighed 198 a few weeks ago, and now im 203...i dont know what's up so check out the photos and you decide.
Which picture do i look leaner in? Left side or Right side? They aren't in any specific order, so the right doesnt neccasarily mean a later date. Just go by looks.

re
how long have i been dieting? 6 months- 4 low calorie, 2 keto
I lift 3 days a week and run intervals 4 days, and sometimes i go back at night and run on the days i lift. Intervals are 20 minutes long and very intense. I'm taking MAN Scorch/Vaporize..and although i said i wouldn't, here's my diet:
2 eggs
2 tblsp butter
PWO protein shake
salad w/ Grilled chicken, one hard boiled egg, olive oil, and green veggies
1 ounce Cashews
one serving of cheddar cheese
ground turkey cooked in 2 tblsp of butter with peppers, onion, broccoli, cheese on top
tuna w/ 2 servings of mayo, serving of cheese, onions
**Sometimes i snack on sunflower seeds during the day**
That's it."I am not what you would call a handsome man. The good Lord chose not to bless me with... with charm, athletic ability... or a fully functional brain. You see, you're an inspriation, to all of us who... who weren't born handsome, and charming and cool."

Im not sure why you're gaining weight. But i would guess that you are overtraining. cut down on the cardio. 4 interval sessions a week is crazy on keto. i would at least cut that down to 2 intense interval sessions, or 3 sessions of low intensity cardio. if that doesn't work try counting those cals. Its really easy to overestimate 2 tbsps/servings/etc. I count everything i take in. even on keto, if you go over your maintenance, you will gain weight.
