    Today is one of those challenging days

    A beast workout yesterday, that killed me. A bad night of sleep. A bad morning at work. No energy. No strength.

    Only will. Just will.

    In three hours I'll be at the gym and I'll do what I must do. And I don't know if I'll enjoy it, but I'll move more than last time even if it's only by one rep.

    And once I hit the shower not only will I be a tiny tiny bit stronger, I'll also be a whole lot prouder.

    Strong confidence right there

    One personal advice for times like this.. is to go on the stairmaster or treadmill prior to working out.
    Not a fast-paced cardio.. but simply walk.
    During this time, try to visualize your workout.. and WHY you are there at the gym

    I did it. I knew the added shame of having said here that I'd go would be that little extra push.

    I ended up dead lifting what a guy next to me was benching, but I'll take that as motivation for the future.

    Great Motivation there.I have a lot of strong days in the gym,and then I have a few when the 5 lbs plates feel like 45 lbs ! But I keep chugging,knowing that I am still hard at it,refusing to give in,that the next workout is a new day and I bust a platau sooner or later.
