ProSupps VEXXUM...time to lose the extra few pounds

I agree. Everyone def has a diff tolerance. I have noticed Vexxum hits me best on an empty stomach. I couldn't imagine TWO! on an empty stomach.

I may begin two a day but one first thing and the second mid-day. I generally take 1 pill first thing and then my preworkout around 5, so stim-heavy as well.

Had some coffee after my Vexxum this morning...feeling energetic! I noticed a bit of extra body heat. Had a quest bar for breakfast.

Taking today off from the gym but playing basketball from 7-9. Going to need a preworkout or something after a long day of work!

Are you active while at work? I don't know how you lose/use so my energy throughout the day... Whenever I leave work, it's like a wave of energy hits me lol.

Ahh okay, so I see now why the extra stims in the evening will be beneficial prior to doing any extra activity.

Things are interesting thus far...I've noticed the appetite suppressant isn't like it Initially was. I found myself having to force feed the first few days. Now my appetite is back to normal I feel. If I take the Vexxum on an empty stomach it hits me pretty hard, but if I take it a hour or so after a meal, I don't really feel the energy burst. I do feel a bit leaner tho.

Last night I DB rowed 110's for 10 reps and got it on my phone for myself

Quick update:

Thursday night was interesting...I was exhausted from the night before only had about 6 hours of sleep and work all day followed by Bball at 7. Got home around 5 and took a Vexxum hoping it'd give me energy for Bball.
Somehow after taking the Vexxum I fell asleep for like 30 mins. Then went to play ball. It ended up being a bit counterproductive because I felt like my heart was racing while playing, yet I wasn't energetic. I still managed to fall asleep at 11pm after takin it at 5, which is a major plus

Ate wayyyyy too much this weekend. Yesterday I went to an amazing BBQ spot. Had ribs, pulled pork, baked beans, fries, corn and rotisserie chicken. Thankfully this was after leg training...

Then today we went out for easter. Had pork chops with garlic mash potatoes....I feel full AF!

Tomorrow morning fasted cardio for sure!

Awesome log so far. I def like the extra body heat and energetic feeling. I'm going to try vexxum along with Mr. Hyde in few weeks.

Have you noticed any weight change thus far?

The more I read your log, the more I feel like our body type is similar lol. The part when you said if you take Vexxum in the morning on an empty stomach, you don't get hungry. Yet when you take it after a meal, you don't feel the energy. I've narrowed it down to the amount of caffeine in the product. All other aspects seem to be working for me still as far as thermal and focus (boy do I really sweat in the gym lol).

If you fix your diet you'll see results very quick, I just returned home from visiting family and started my strict diet Saturday and already lost 4lbs since lol

This. Diet is key to part of this (key to fat loss in general). If you eat somewhat clean, and frequently, there shouldn't be any reason for you to drop weight while taking a fat burner... Especially when you're hooping it up so often. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds!

I hear you guys....but it was Easter. I'm not competing so, if I want some good food once in a while, I'll eat it. I personally eat healthy 5 to 6 days of the week.

Yesterday I took 3 Vexuum and it worked out very well. I took the first thing upon waking up around 6am. Another around 1pm and then the third around 6pm preworkout. Ended up having an excellent chest workout followed by 20 mins on the stairs. Actually saw a new vein in my chest postworkout! Which for me is a big deal lol. Managed to pass out right after the Duke game and it's all good.

Just woke up now with my protein shake and Vexxum.

I def will not always be taking three caps, normally two.

Nothing wrong with eating as you please at all! I'm just speaking on you tuning up your diet will help tremendously with the help of a fat burner. Honestly, I think that's how it all works anyways! Keep at it brah!

Weighted myself yesterday at 183lbs. Down a few pounds but still feeling big and strong! My chest is super sore from monday. Today I have back which is my favorite body part. Took a Vexxum at 8am and I'll take the next around 4pm.

I've neen dribking Cellucor's mint protein. Soooo sick of that flavor!

What a workout! Destroyed my back today...seriously lots of
Heavy volume. DB rows, Pendley rows, Bbar rows, variations of pulldowns and some truce work followed by 30 mins on stairmasters. I was so hungry I crushed a foot long from subway.

I'm pretty confident I don't want to go below 180. I feel like I'm getting a bit smaller so keeping the calories at maintained mode. I really enjoy Prosupps products. Wish they created protein bars!

yea I love me some ProSupps too...Don't get me wrong I like ordering off of BB.com when I make big orders for the discount and then I'll grab some other products from companies like Blue Star Nutraceuticals or Nutrabolics which don't sell here in Hawaii at least. So when I need a quick fix I run to my local supp shop Muscle Inc and there they have their whole product line. They might be missing 1 or 2, but for the most part they have it all. ProSupps has really good products which is why I'm a loyal customer
