    Talking PROSUPPS VEXXUM! DerickP38 road to FAT LOSS!



    OOOOOHHHHH YEA!!! Look what came in over the weekend.


    As you can see my ProSupps VEXXUM!!! also you can see my starting weight is 224lbs and here is my before pic:


    Right now I'm not on a specific diet, but my trainer will have me cutting pretty aggressive to get ready for my show 13 weeks and 5 days out from today. I am currently visiting my parents in Nevada and when I return back to Hawaii on the 3rd THAT'S when my real diet starts.

    My trainer was telling me I will be taking in about 70g of carbs Once I get the full detail of my diet plan I will post it, as far as my training goes. I will be doing an hour of cardio in the morning before I go to work and then I will be doing a hour in the evening and lifting after. I will be doing high volume training to get my muscles hard and dense ranging from 12-20reps per sets.


    Just FYI, I took 2 capsules this morning on an empty stomach before I did my morning cardio/abs session, and all I got to say is WOW!! It had me sweating like crazy I loved it. The energy level was amazing as well, I didn't feel jittery at all. However, it did clean me out lol about 35mins into my cardio I found myself running/fast walking to the bathroom. It might have been from what I ate yesterday since it was my rest day/cheat I ate quite a bit more than normal. Even though I'm not on my diet I have cleaned it up and allow myself to eat whatever on sunday.

    Can't wait to see the pounds fall off!!! Hoping this will give me a great start to my contest prep. I know I'm going to need the energy if I'm only going to be taking in 70g of carbs.

    i felt fine taking the 2. Since the bottle says dont go ove 4 caps per day i just decided to cut that in half and take 2 caps a day

    i believe i have a high tolerance for stims
    , but as far as taking additional supps for a pwo, i do not. Morning i take my 2 vexxum on an empty stomach and go do 1 hr cardio plus abs/calves then later in the evening when i train for the 2nd time thats when i take my pwo either mr. Hyde or my black market labs pwo adreN.O.lyn cuts

    lol hyde and adreno are both strong stim products. I can def seeing 2 vexxum being more than enough to get through cardio.

    He's probably stim tolerant as a lot of us are that take high stim prewo lol. I've started taking 2 capsules a day too, but I separate mine, one in the morning and the other prior to training in the evening.

    Bingo!!! lol there are very few products on the market that hit me real good. Most of the time I take more then the "normal" serving size. That being said, since I will be waking up at 3am every morning mon-fri to do my morning cardio before I have to get ready for work. I'm debating on taking 2 in the morning (3am) and 1 more around 11am maybe 12 to give me that extra energy so I don't fall asleep during work lol. Since I'll be on very low carbs I already know my body will be needing all the help it can get energy wise. then after work it's round 2!!!! another hour of cardio + lifting weights/posing practice can't complain though I knew what I was getting into when I took my trainers offer and let him guide me through this...

    Yea I have a coach that has a lot of experience and knowledge he will be competing in the same show as me and he told me he'll get me ready with him, so i'll be following his meal plan/ training plan.

    And yea 3am is early AF lol but my trainer said I have to do an hour of cardio in the morning no matter what and since I'm in the Military I need to wake up at 3 to get it done. Just another sacrifice I have to make to get what I want. I know for a fact that this is going to be epic, mixing this product with a sound diet/training program nothing but AWESOMENESS is going to be the end result

    No doubt about it! Like I've previous mentioned numerous times everywhere, I've lost up to 8lbs on this product alone with eating a little better and adding cardio. Hope to see how it works out for you as well!

    Thumbs up Day 3

    So today is day 3 of taking VEXXUM I have to say that the Appetite Suppressant effect is crazy. I have to remember to eat or I could go almost the whole day without food. Which is a double bladed sword, the fact that you can go almost a whole day without fueling your body with the right nutrients you'll be losing more than just fat. Losing weight and losing fat is 2 completely different goals. For me my goal is to lose as much body fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible to give me that winning physique. With weight loss most people don't care about keeping muscle and just happy about seeing the number on the scale going down, not knowing that the more muscle someone has the faster they burn fat.

    Sorry I digress lol Woke up this morning at 7am took 2 VEXXUM with some BCAAs and went to the gym. Did 20mins on the treadmill, 20mins on the StairMaster, and 20mins on the treadmill. After that I did 20-30mins of Abs, I will be going back later this evening to do my second round of cardio + lifting. Today I will be training Shoulders and a little Chest.

    I will post the full workout later today.

    I know exactly what you're saying, when you get a good product and make the smallest change i.e. change your diet slightly or add cardio or both. the weight just comes off

    And Yes I'll be posting my diet...It won't be no secret eating pretty much the same thing every day for each meal except on Sundays which will be my cheat day my coach is very PRO Cheat day. He said it is a must to have, which I will not fight him on lol

    Yup. I've had plenty of products (fat burners) in the past, and while they work in other ways like thermo, focus, stimmed... I've never actually dropped BF. One thing that's different in Vexxum (later on when you're on it consistently) that I've noticed is the fact that I'm a lot more dry and vascular which is a PLUS! Hopefully onto your second or third week you'll start seeing it as well.

    Cool Day 3 2nd half

    So yesterday evening my wife and I went to the gym to do the 2nd half of cardio + the lifting portion. I got to say it's not very easy doing a hour of cardio w/abs in the morning then going back again for another hour of cardio w/ weight lifting. Anyways did 40mins on the treadmill and 20mins on stair master. Just FYI when I use the treadmill, I don't run. I put the incline to 15 and walk at speed 3-3.5 then I might drop the speed down to 1.5 and do walking lunges for 5min intervals.

    After cardio we did a little shoulder workout just to get a pump. Couldn't really get into it after the cardio session still trying to get used to doing this much cardio. On a good note, since I've started VEXXUM I've lost 2lbs and haven't changed anything in my diet/training yet, so that's pretty awesome. I now weigh 222.4lbs

    Sounds like one helluva coach! I usually eat a donut prior to training if I have one of those super long workouts... Sometimes I'd eat a donut half way in the workout lol.

    Not saying you should do that since you're on prep, but it feels soooooooooo good!

    Looking over your thread brother your def strong. Especially the shoulder pressing. I'm going to try this soon myself and I def like the appetite suppressant part you mentioned. I take pwo before workouts, so I'll have to take this early morning.

    Thanks I appreciate it. Yea I agree taking first thing in the morning. If I wasn't in prep mode I would only be working out once a day not twice, so I would probably take it as soon as I wake then wait about an hour before I eat breakfast, but since I got to wake up extra early to do cardio It helps so I don't got to drink my pwo 2 times a day. I normally take 2 scoops mr. hyde or 2 scoops adreN.O.lyn cuts so if I took 4 scoops of any one of those it probably wouldn't be good lol. I also take P.P.K but I save that for my heavy lifting days

    Do you or your coach consider you taking a stim break? That's a helluva lotta stims O_O Once I feel myself going over to the 2 scoop side, I tend to go off for several days to rebuild the receptors.

    For as long as i can remember, even when i was first starting out I took max dosage when it came to pwo. I dont nesnecessarily take them for their energy boost, but more for the focus, pump, thermo, etc. i think caffeine lost it's effect on me after joining the military.
