So I have been working out and hitting the gym for a while now. Got my upper body in a place I am happy with, but like an idiot, I neglected my legs. I always put them off and hate doing them, now I weigh 140 lbs at 5'6", at this point I am going to train and hit my legs harder than ever to get them equal to my upper body, but I fear I don't have enough fat in my legs to bulk them up when I work them out. What should I do? Thanks for taking the time to read and answer!
