    Arrow Chicken leg syndrome! Need advice!

    So I have been working out and hitting the gym for a while now. Got my upper body in a place I am happy with, but like an idiot, I neglected my legs. I always put them off and hate doing them, now I weigh 140 lbs at 5'6", at this point I am going to train and hit my legs harder than ever to get them equal to my upper body, but I fear I don't have enough fat in my legs to bulk them up when I work them out. What should I do? Thanks for taking the time to read and answer!

    I always find peoples legs fairly easy to grow. Just do lots of Squats, Lunges, Calf Raises, and Natural hamstring raises if you can do them.
    Bench Press: 125 lbs
    Squat : 155 lbs
    DeadLift : 205 lbs

    I thought shorter people had thicker legs ( small if their skinny ) and that taller guys are fuked. I wrong now

    Well honestly I was in the same boat, I just split my leg workouts into tow separate days. Hammies/ calf. then a quad/ calf. Thats when my legs really started to grow...
