Trying to build a routine of mostly unilateral exercises (i.e. one-arm DB rows, alternating DB walking lunge). Has anyone come across a good structured routine/splits? Targeting a ~75 min gym routine, 5 days a week.

I’m ready. I prefer working in the winter over the summer. Which makes NO friggen sense. But I do.
Feeling pretty sad for everyone getting evacuated from these fires. I’m going up to the area for the long weekend to visit family. Not looking forward to seeing it up close and personal.Squats and Maple syrup son. Squats and Maple syrup.

Friendly reminder: If you ever decide to pour concrete yourself, don’t wear shorts, even if you think your rubber boots are high enough to cover your leg.

Loooong weekend in Ontari-ari-ari-o. Thank you Lord Simcoe.
We have a spatchcocked chicken in the fridge that's been swimming in beer and Jamaican Jerk marinade overnight. Mr Flexy is going to grill and we'll have the bird with my homemade macaroni salad (salad is straight out of the 1970s and tastes like every summer picnic of my childhood). No drama: You know where we are.

What a sh!t hole country. Can't wait a few years down the road till we get good alternative to oil and the earth warms up a few degrees, Saudi Arabia will be irrelevant. But thanks for admitting that they did 9/11..
Apparently Saudi have beef with Canada because our oil production is bringing overall the prices down with more supply....

Hey fellow Canadians.
I have been recently considering moving back to Canada in the next few months.
Been living in Ireland for half my life now and while its a really nice country, I feel I miss home (born in Ontario) and would love to work and settle down back in Canada, maybe start a family.
I was wondering if any Miscers live in Alberta and could tell me what it's like living there?
I have my heart set on Alberta because I absolutely love the outdoors and would love to live somewhere around some of the beautiful lakes and mountains. I'm blown away whenever I see pictures of Peyto lake or Lake Louise or whatnot. I love to hike and picked up photgraphy recently so would love to get some nice shots.
I read the cost of living is a bit lower in Alberta than other provinces and the family income can be higher than other parts of Canada and taxed less.
I just have to decide whereabouts I would like to move to in Alberta.*Canadian Crew*
