That's probably the top rate, you'll keep around 70k

Do you have access to an insurance broker? Every detail about your situation will change which company is the cheapest for you, things like age, car type, credit score, etc.

Just keep in mind that 48% isn't only taxes. You have CPP (old age pension) and EI (employment insurance) in there.

I'm with RBC. 2mil liability, $500 deductible, $1500 towards rentals if in accident and some other stuff. I pay just under $200 a month.

I called a bunch of places or went into their office if there was on near by, you can do it online but i find it's more accurate if you actually talk to someone.

At my old gym I used them all the time for dips since they had them. My current gym doesn't have chains and I'm too lazy to buy some and lug them around the place.

As for food I don't actually eat like sh*t, I eat clean just probably off with a bunch of crap like timing, macros, etc, etc.

Last few years I've been perfectly fine in the winter even felt great a lot of the time but the past 2 years I've really been off. like really off.

But good news is will have my new diet written up tomorrow, will get some shopping done and get to work on this. Hopefully goes well, I don't felt like **** any more, get some confidence back and what not.
