I used my recently acquired Native Status Card to pickup some prescription drugs from the local Shoppers Drug Mart.$300+ and no charge. All my prescriptions are free for the rest of my life.I may need to go on Humira for my Ulcerative Colitis at $20,000+ a year.
I'm gonna need some of you to work a little overtime at work to cover the cost.LOL

The benefits vary from Province to Province but I still have to pay tax in this Province. But I get 100% prescription drugs, dental, eye care and glasses.I also get to fish and hunt with no restrictions or limits. When I return to school they cover 100% tuition, books.supplies, rooming, and I even get money to live on.Sweet!
The funny thing is I'm a 6'2" blue eyed White man whose turning even whiter because of Vitiligo.
If I move to the reserve when I retire they have to give me a house to live in for free.A tall blue eyed White man could really clean up on the young Native women. LOL

FUKK tonne here. Over a foot. On that note, I learned to use the snowblower on the tractor. Tractor is complicated and so is the snowblower. I did my whole driveway though. Winner.

I was staying close to the La Fourche subway station so you can check on the map. Landed at 8 pm, **** hit the fan around 9:30 pm so right around when I was getting to my hotel. There was a lot of military everywhere. Took a pic of one of the French soldiers and another soldier approached me and asked me to delete pics. Saw people getting searched, areas blocked off, soldiers on motorcycles holding machine guns, etc.

Everyone here has a tractor. If they don't own one, they hire one. Srs. When we moved here, the neighbours took pity on us and blew the snow out for us whenever they did their own driveway. Because otherwise it was a push blower every few hours... If the snow gets too deep, the push mower isn't even heavy enough to blow through it, so you are ****ed. Hubby will be away off and on all winter so I needed to learn the blower. See... I've ALWAYS lived in the country. You learn to drive a tractor/atv/boat/lawn tractor, etc etc before a car. It blows my mind the things that ppl in Toronto accept as normal. Totally different worlds really. I would survive in the woods, alone. But the city scares me! The subway??? LAWD, someone better hold my hand...

Ah ok I didn't think your work was riding too
I believe the young man was jesting or they have a history
I tell you running I really didn't want to do it. With the bike, since you get much further I find it so much easier to just head out. Head out on a nice afternoon or early morning on the weekend, ride to the north shore, around UBC, up SFU, I rode to my friend place in Delta, rode back with friends still drinking beers and smoking doobs on the way back lol. But I'm in my 30s I don't know if I would have liked doing this in my early 20s and I don't think I would have had any friends into it either.
Still I will ride solo just head out for a couple hours rip, it can be nice and calming or full out intense.
