Hi
There is a saying that you can eat whatever you want until you can consume calories gained
Is there some (very) average value on how much time we have to consume what we have eaten before body transforms excess calories to fat?

Sry, english isn’t my mother language
Anyway
My idea was to get to know is there a difference between body energy consumption and digestion speed?
For example:
If I eat 2700kcal a day (lets say 450kcal in late night)
But I need only 2500kcal.
Then can I use this 200kcal extra for example in next morning as well or is my body transformed leftovers (proteins, carbohydrates etc) to fat and stored it on my belly?
If I feel hungry, does it mean that all energy from last meal is used or transformed?

It takes ~3.141592653589793238462643383279 minutes, exactly, unless you're in the Southern Hemisphere, of course.
That said, of course it depends on if you sleep on your stomach, back or side.
Also, it depends on the order you eat your macronutrients when you're sitting, but this does not apply when eating while standing up.
Driving in an automobile can also impact the timelines, but transport by train does not.

I've read Dean Ornish propose a similar solution, proven by an abundance of evidence held in secret so as to protect the innocent.
At least that's what Gary Taubes said while being interviewed by Jimmy Moore on his book tour in Wichita, if memory serves me correctly.
Or maybe it was Justin Bieber who said it. I'm not really sure.
But I do remember that I learned this while having an intellectually stimulating conversation at the Cheesecake Factory in the Aventura Mall.
