I'm partial to XF.

With that said Ryan sent me samples of whey smooth and I'm pretty impressed. The CPB was really good. One of the best tasting flavors I've had. Texture was as described.

Havnt had a chance to try whey smooth yet, the other two are great but your also comparing two blends with a regular whey. For what it's worth I've had blue star iso smooth and it was phenomenal

The only way to solve this is to buy all three and find out which you like best

I use the UP 2.0 with oats pretty much daily or in heated cashew milk even on a cut for while now - I cook with it semi often it makes my favorite custard.

They also have Ultra Peptide Whey Arctic lemonade btw

But seriously, who buys protein powders to get high quality fats? If I want high quality fats, I'll eat foods with high quality fats, not drink protein shake. IMO vast majority of people buy XF UP for its taste and not for quality fats.

Me I do - Was that not obvious? Its a lot more then just a straight protein I already get in 250g+ a day on my recomp and even on a cut I hit 200g it is far more difficult for me to make sure I am getting enough fat's in - makes for a solid addition to my pre workout meal and or as a dessert shake.

I buy it for quality, fats and taste and will continue to do so.

Combat's 25g is not the same as COR-Whey's 25g, but between these 3 yeah.

INB4 next person asks why....nevermind, i'll just simply answer the question (purely my opinion of course)
To be honest, all three are good...really comes down to what you like best (taste, consistency, etc)
Personally, i like different flavors from each one better than other and thats simply the deciding factor for me....the quality is close enough to not base it on that (gram for gram, protein is protein)
