Drinking 1 gallon of water a day

Im trying to figure out how many refills of my 25ounce water bottle it will take to reach 1 gallon. Im tired and i dont feel like doing the math. I am taking prolab creatine and want to stay hydrated.

you guys are drinking way too much water.

I've read that the average non-lifter should drink two litres a day.

One gallon is more than adequate for lifters IMO

should i spread the water i drink throughout the whole day or primarily during my workouts?

on somedays i workout late around 10pm. and when i go to bed i have to piss the entire night.

DEFINITLY spread it out throughout the day. If you consume that gallon or two in one seating you can die from water intoxication.

All though this might be a tad (just a tad) over-rated. I'm a firm beleiver of it and drink my one-two gallons throughout the day.

what kind of results should i notice with this increase of water intake? i use to only drink a little while working out or so. But i am not strictly drinking a gallon.

Muscles are maid partly from water. Staying hydrated can make your muscles look fuller. Have you ever woke up after a night of drinking and noticed you look a little more cut? Its because your dehydrated. But dont expect and drastic change.

I never measure how much water I drink. I keep a bottle with me throughout the day. When it's gone, I fill it. Obviously if your moving around and sweating, you need and will drink more.

I tend to drink AT LEAST one gallon a day...On most occasions I'm in the 1.5-2 gallon range...I'm 6' 180

i drink around 2 litres in the morning before school (maybe a bit less), then I refil a 1 litre bottle twice, so 3 litres all together, then loads more at night, feel fine. U have to piss alot thos which sucks, especaillyw with everyone else at school being chronically dehydrated, they take a piss like once a week

I *think* theres 10 fl. oz in 1 pint, and theres 2.2 pints in a litre

At school, I can go every hour to bathroom (on breaks or between classes) and that's been ok for me, though sometimes i have to bear the last 20 mins or so holding it in
