Hey guys, I haven't really achieved the size I wanted to so I'm thinking of bulking for another 4 weeks but I'm not sure if there's a point in bulking for another month. I want to get really lean for this summer without losing muscle so I'm considering starting a slow cut now. 184cm 82kg

No problems man! oh really!? awesome! But ahh yesss I get what you meann! but I wouldn't say you have toooo much to cut especially for most people within a bulk. I personally started a bulk fairly recently and plan to stop around 215 as I see we have a similar height. By the looks of it, you may have somewhat of an underdeveloped core? as I would say you are fairly lean (I too had one and am still working on it).

Great stuff to know. Depending on how long you've been lifting will effect how much muscle you can actually build in one month. But I don't see a point for any level of experience with weights. One month of hypertrophy/surplus calories/bulking will not give you any noticeable benefit.Stats: None

your in the exact same dilemma as me but ive chosen to bulk for another month but less of the cheat meals and more of the healthy foods, low fat etc but staying way over calories required. Come the following month your be in much better position. hope it helped man
