barbell collar help

i have regular clamps whats a good upgrade less than $50 and ironmaster super bench for $279 plus %15 off a good bench, what other benches are at this price range, and can someone post a good hypercore bench for less than $200

Find another $8.25 and get COT-1.25s.

The SuperBench is OK. It's tall. It's narrow. It's not a decline bench unless you spend another $72 on the crunch attachment. The angle of the seat can't be adjusted. The only option is parallel to the bench. At certain angles it doesn't feel like you're sitting on a seat so much as being help up by a wedge in the taint. Maybe that last one's just me. But I can't really think of a better bench for the price unless you go used.

$49.95.. these OSO collars seem right up your ally. I purchased some a month ago and they are real nice. Great for "throwing your weight." And best of luck with that.

oh yeah i saw a fvd? bench on another thread but i think it is deleted so didnt get the name but it was similarly priced to the super bench, anybody know a bench that sounds like this?

Because there's no reason to throw weights around, or drop them, for that matter. If you can pick them up, you can put them down without dropping them.

If you do it at home with your own equipment, that's your business, I suppose. If you do it at the gym or with someone else's equipment, you're an *******.

haha yeah no i wouldnt do that at the gym even if i went , you see i only workout at home so im not that dbag at the gym. well if lockjaws seem to work ill get those and when i update my barbell ill get the ivanko.

Quicklees (the metal ones) hold like a mofo as long as your bars' sleeves are properly sized...but they also dent the hell out of the sleeves.
