Pre workouts that are Stim free?

Make your own pre-workout. Nothing better than that. You will know exact doses and everything. All you need is:

Beta alanine 3-5 grams
CM 6-8 grams
Tyrosine 1.000 mg
Creatine nitrate 1-2 grams or/and creatine hcl 1-2 grams
ALCAR 2.000 mg

If you can clearly explain why examine.com says that they don't go well together than saying "for some neurological effects" I'd be very interested to hear it. Many people have used the two together with no ill effects.

You know I can't do that. I think it just lessens the effect of each other when they're both ingested. I don't know if it's true or not but that claim had to come from somewhere. Anyway, I don't think it matters cause I never liked agmatine. Not enough researched supp IMO

I don't think much evidence has been produced on that spinach, there's probably more evidence out there saying creatine is an anabolic

Could also add in Glycergrow2 ( GMS ) for added pump and or nitrates like iForce Potassium Nitrates and or MuscleTech Betaine ( Has Betaine Nitrates )

First hand experience myself using a lot of Cit either CM or L-Cit at 5-12g worth alongside 500mg-2g of agmatine have never noticed any issues / unwanted side effects

Just to echo what Ben said, these sort of promos aren't going to be around often, so it's an awesome time to stock up on one of the best stim free preworkouts + protein powders on the market. High Volume flavoring is on point as well. Blue Frost is my top choice.
