will i grow taller?

i got alot of... ehm... comments... when i asked a question on a 7 yr old thread, thus bumping it. so a few told me to make a seperate thread and a few others told me that if i did the admins would remove it.
im not sure of anything but hey YOLO

here comes the question anyhow(copy pasted, for the most part, a few changes here and there)

im stealing the thread for a little moment, im wondering if i could grow to be slightly taller?

my dad is 192cm or 6'3", my oldest brother is 192(6'3") and my older younger brother is 194 cm (6'4"), my uncle and my fathers father are all around 192 cm, (i also have a cousin who probably will out grow me in a few years)

then there is me, im 178cm or 5'10", i will be 17 in a few months but i hope to grow atleast 2 more cm to be 180 cm tall or 5'11".

my mothers father was 179 when he was 20 years old, i know this for sure because i've seen his military mustering paper which says so, but i dont think he grew to his full genetical potential because he grew up during the 2nd world war and from 12 to 18 he had almost nothing but cabbage and potatoes to eat. so maybe he could have been a few cm taller, maybe?

i also know his fathers height(my mothers fathers fathers), somewhat atleast, ive read two letters describing him and one says "beyond 6 foot" and the other says "around 6 foot" and it says foot because the letters were written during i time when farmers in sweden still used fot(foot) fingrar(fingrar doesnt have a counterpart in the imperial measurement but is ca 1 dm or 4 inches), and tum(inch).

i was the latest to bloom within my age, all the other guys got hair before me, and quite alot of the guys who were one year younger then me too, it is still that way, i know several ones who are one or more years younger then me who have more beard(hell i knew guys who were a few months younger then me who had beard before i had my first hair on my P), speaking of beard i dont have any beard what so ever, a sorry excuse for a moustache is what i can bring to the table but thats it.

but now that doesent really bother me because i believe and i hope that it may mean that i grow a bit taller.

when i was almost 15(2013) i measured 172 cm or 5'8", when i was 15 and 3/4(feb 2014), i measured 175.6 cm or 5'9". i measured myself later the same year(dec 2014) i was 16 years old and measured 178.2 cm so today im probably still around 178 cm.

i eat alot, i sleep 9-10 hours a night, i drink alot to enable my systems to produce HGH at maximum speed at all times, i eat alot of yogurt, coconut oil and cruciferous vegetables, i avoid junk food, insulin spikes, sugar bombs(like coca cola, candy and other stuff like that), and i do short intensive workouts to get my HGH flowing. also i dont smoke or do drugs, i drink no alcohol either because the alco is on parties, and if im going to parties i cant get my 9 hours of sleep each night.

do you think i can gain another 1.8 cm or less then 1 inch and be 180cm(5'11) when i stop growing somewhere around 19-20?

Was 5'10" at 16, 18 was 6', 20 was 6'1", 22 I turned into 6'2" master race.

Edit: and my brother was 6'1" at 16 and stopped growing. Some people have spurts and some slow. My grandpa was like me and didn't Stahp getting taller til early 20s

i have actually been thinking this might be the case ^, my father and brothers have brown wavy hair, but i have blonde hair, they have grey eyes but i have green eyes, they have unibrows i have two eyebrowS, also they are ectomorphic i would say i am more meso morphic

thats nice to hear, that i might keep growing i mean, i hope you do too, but one thing i havent pointed out is that in sweden 5'10 or 178 cm is below average height with 4 cm or slightly less then 2 inches

Glucosamine you can get from shrimp and lobster but only trace amounts

1. well i care because i can be considered short in my country(sweden), i might be tall in other countries but honestly ive never been anywhere outside sweden, and also i feel like a neanderthal among my family haha but i will be a dwarf among them weather i grow to 180/5'11" or not...
2. i dont do "all these things" because i want to grow taller, atleast not primarily, i do them because i wanna become strong , but height is partially a reason too
