    Dropping cals/Recalculating macros - 4 weeks out

Hey! About four weeks out from first show.. Still having a hard time dropping the last few pounds/body fat. Just started doing refeeds recently.. Post-refeed is the time to drop cals/carbs, correct? About how much should you drop your cals? I know, different for everyone.. For me, been at about 1400 cals for a while.. just drop weekly after a refeed and see the body reacts? Drop carbs a bit in addition to cals?

    Thanks!

I would increase cardio before I drop calories.. If you're not doing HIT; add 2 this week. 10 intervals each session included in your regular cardio session

I agree, increase cardio, but HIIT cardio, not LISS. Have you tried manipulating your macro ratios? or possibly carb cycling?

I would love to know how to drop a few percent body fat too! 3 weeks out and I'm still holding high body fat!
