    how to increase appetite/ gain weight

    Well I'm 20years old 5"11 and only weigh 122lbs. I've been to doctor they say nothing wrong with me.first of all I hate eating. Because I get sick.so easily I sometimes end up puking when I eat when not hungry.but been trying to increase appetite over past three months. So been trying to eat more and been drinking protein shakes about 4tines a week. IWork out some at home by lifting 15-25lbs weight . I also do 250 sit ups every other day.but I'm not able to gain weight. No matter how much I do. Not sure what doing wrong.not really trying to gain muscle right now. Just really trying to gain weight. Any advice.

    It sounds like you need to see another doctor and get a 2nd opinion first

    Eat calorie dense foods - peanut butter, granola, ice cream, pasta, whole eggs, cheese, nuts, etc..

    Make homemade shakes - milk, ice cream, peanut butter, etc.. blend. Done in seconds. Liquid calories easier to put down.

    Have to be consistent. Eventually, your body will adjust and your appetite will increase.
