saw an EDM Miscer in my ****ing gym doing smith machine bench press. Put a 25lb. plate on each side and toss the bar up as high as possible and do some wacky wavy arm flailing thing, catch the bar, and repeat. he was showing his workout partner this manuever, who he repeated after. i literally stopped my workout and left.
imagine someone tossing the bar in the air and going like this:
then catching it and doing it again. on the smith machine. with 25's on each side.Buccaneers/Lightning/Rays/The U

Smith machine squats where when you squat down you move one leg behind you in a cross format. Then when you stand up fully that same leg comes out from behind you to the front and you do a knee up.

Females create the most useless exercises barnone.
Brb stand on one foot and curl 5lbs(u wotm8)
Brb the more "complex" it looks the more it works
Brb bosu ball everything
Brb aerobic step-up boxes everything
Makes me lol every time, need to start videoing
Edit: also, some shadow boxing dyel ******* at my gym take 6 clips (caribeeners?) and 2 handles from surrounding machines, attaches them to a resistance band, that already have built in handles, and curls. Making the other machines useless until hes done. Rage.

Middle age regular guy at my gym. Look like the Asian version of Big Lenny. He's short though (about 5'6).
Decline Sit Up/Crunch:
Swinging arms violently forward but barely crunch up (probably because of his gut blocking the way). He did like 50 reps each set shaking the whole bench (no idea how many set but I always saw him on the sit up benches). The bolts that are used to lock the benches in place were loosen and had to to get maintenance weekly.
Bench Press:
Tried to bench 225 but barely bent his elbows. The bar wasn't balance because his left arm was weaker. So it was mostly his right elbow bending while left one stayed relatively straight. Proceeded to complete 5 reps then rerack.
Bicep Curl??
Used an 130 EZ bar and back curled with it. Swinging his back for the momentum to curl the bar.
Squat?
Unracked the weight onto his back. Bent knee slightly a few times. Reracked. Range of motion: half an inch.Last edited by DarGwynn; 03-10-2015 at 09:03 AM. Reason: More clarify

That's seriously fuced up mane. Reminds me of this time i was squatting in the power rack and this dude in full tracksuit asks how long I'll be. When i finally finish he walks up to the power rack and proceeds to do a series of leg stretches leaning against the upright poles. Does this for about 5 minutes then walks away. u fkn wot

I've had crap form on some core exercises I've tried because I have no idea what I'm doing, so I can't judge that hard.
Seen a group of 4 kids huddled around bench press doing curls.
Yesterday a guy asked me if I needed 10lb weights that were just laying near me then I seen he was doing smith machine bench with FIVE 10lb weights on each side. uwotm8? His form and everything was fine but so much time and effort racking and unracking.*HTC* crew
