Not in a meaningful stand-alone dose if you want to run ARA seriously (unless there's something new), X-Gels would be my choice for the cost.

XF Vengeance has it in it too along with Hemodraulix. You can use those products along with your ARA brand of choice. They would substitute a single caps worth in dosage.

For muscle gain I would definitely go with the original, and clinically tested/proven X-Factor.
For muscle pumps, Hemodraulix is very popular and Vaskular is just plain painful w the pumps!
